We’ve been using both the 15.6-inch and 21.5-inch versions in different parts of our facility. Performance is steady on both, and the 4th Gen i5 is enough for our workload. The aluminum body feels much more durable compared to plastic models. The units run quietly and reliably throughout the day. Not cutting-edge, but dependable for industrial use where stability matters more than specs.

We went with the 21.5-inch model for better visibility in our production area, and it’s been a good choice. The larger screen makes it easier to monitor data from a distance, while the system remains responsive. The aluminum casing gives it a premium, durable feel. It handles Windows applications smoothly and stays stable during daily operation. Installation was straightforward and integration was easy

We installed the 15.6-inch version of this Windows industrial all-in-one with a 4th Gen i5 in a control cabinet, and it has been very stable. We have been using this industrial panel PC (15.6-inch version) in our production environment for a little over four months now, and overall we are very impressed with its performance and build quality. The metal housing feels extremely solid, and the front panel has a very clean, professional industrial look. The screen is bright, sharp, and easy to read even under strong ceiling lights in our factory.

The touchscreen is very responsive and still works perfectly even when operators wear light work gloves. We run this unit almost 12–16 hours per day and have not experienced any freezing, unexpected shutdowns, or serious lag.

The only small downsides are that the device gets slightly warm after long periods of use and the back cable area can feel a little tight if you are using many connectors. Other than that, we are very satisfied and would definitely recommend it for industrial automation or HMI applications.

We purchased several units for our automation project. The system runs stable and rarely needs rebooting. The metal enclosure gives it a very professional industrial feel.
The screen brightness could be slightly higher for outdoor-facing areas, but it works well for indoor industrial environments.
