Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival then the customer must notify BVSION sales team within one month. We can offer the spare parts to replace the faulty ones. Beyond one month period, it is at our discretion to credit, send the replacements or repair the faulty product, but we won’t refund it. Customers may be required to contact the our technical support department directly, to acquire authorization to return any faulty products.
