Please note that if you cancel an order for personal reasons, BVS will charge a 5% processing fee.

Duties and Taxes 

Very important: Please be sure to read this clause carefully as it is directly related to the additional fees you may have to pay.

You need to pay for the product cost, the shipping fees, insurance and TAX when you buy our product. The commodity price does not include  import duties, taxes and customs processing charges that may be imposed by the destination country (e.g. HMF and MPF in USA) At customs clearance, the logistics company (such as DHL, UPS) will contact you to collect these fees.      We cannot control or estimate these fees and the exact amount depends on your country's customs policy.Please contact us if you would like to learn more. 

When you purchase multiple items (including accessories), your order will most likely be split into multiple packages. Don’t worry, BVS will not miss any item.

Order Return  

Should a customer receives any product which is faulty or dead on arrival then the customer must notify BVSION sales team within seven days. We can offer the spare parts to replace the faulty ones. Learn more, please visit here.
