Bought this machine for our small convenience store.

Pros: Great software and easy to use. Customer service is also excellent. There are basic datapoints that can be sent to the back office using FTP protocol included. It's all I need actually.

Cons: Swiping from screen to screen isn't all that intuitive for beginners. I thought the phone app Retail360 would help to add items into the inventory easily but it isn't. I still add things from the POS.

But the whole package is wonderful. Highly recommended
